We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated person for the post of Behaviour Support Worker, term time only, requiring a minimum of 35 working hours per week.
St Edward’s is an outstanding Roman Catholic independent day and residential special school for boys aged 9 to 18 years who experience social, emotional and mental health difficulties (SEMH) which adversely affect their behaviour.

You will have confidence, resilience and ability in working with young people who encounter behavioural difficulties on account of social, emotional and mental health issues.
Graduate status is an advantage. Alternatively, applicants must hold, or have the desire to study towards, an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Child Care (or equivalent) if not already qualified.
This post offers an annual salary in the range £14,000 – £18,000 (subject to experience) a contributory pension scheme and a pleasant working environment.
